Filter
You can apply various effects to a photo. Using an optical filter, you can create various effects to make your photo more interesting.
Steps
To apply a mosaic effect
- Open the photo you want to make look like it is made of many tiles.
- Click Edit > Filter.
- In the Filter dialog box, select the Art Filters tab.
- Double click on the Mosaic thumbnail or click on the Mosaic thumbnail and then click OK.
- In the Mosaic dialog box, adjust the edge opacity, border color, and other properties to set the level of the effect.
- Click OK to close the Mosaic dialog box and to apply the mosaic effect to the photo.
- Click OK to close the Filter dialog box.
If you want to apply more effects to the photo, you can keep applying and then click OK to close the dialog box.
