Print <Ctrl+P>

You can print the selected photo using a printer.

Steps

To print a photo

  1. Select the photo you want to print from the working window.
  2. Click File > Print.
  3. In the Print dialog box, set the properties such as rendering intents, margins, printer profile, etc.
  4. Click Print.

You can select the printer to print a photo from the list.

Color Handling

You can determine how to handle colors on the photo for printing.

Printer Profile

You can set the ICC profile for the output color space. Profile provided by printer manufacturer or paper manufacturer is used. If the No Color Management option is selected from Color Handling, you cannot use this menu.

Rendering Intents

You can determine what characteristics of a photo will be used for color conversions. If the No Color Management option is selected from Color Handling, you cannot use this menu.

Media Orientation

You can select the printing paper orientation.

Unit

You can set the unit used for margin and photo size.

Left/Top

You can set the left and top margins. The Fit to Media check box is checked, you cannot use this menu.

Width/Height

You can set the width and height. The Fit to Media check box is checked, you cannot use this menu.

Zoom

You can zoom in or out of the photo. The Fit to Media check box is checked, you cannot use this menu.

Fit to Media

The photo is magnified or scale down to a size that can be printed on paper by the selected printer.

Print Button

The photo is printed using the current settings.

Cancel Button

The Print dialog box is closed without printing the photo.
