You can cut the part of a photo to the Clipboard. A deleted area will be filled with the background color in the background image, and filled with transparent color in other layers.
Steps
To cut part of a photo
Click the Select Tool icon on Tool Box.
Drag the mouse on the photo to select an area where you want to cut.
