Shortcuts

Shortcuts enable certain functions to run when pressing with CTRL, ALT, or SHIFT. Each shortcut is displayed on the right of the menu. You can use shortcuts to execute commands instead of opening up the menu to reduce the time it takes to edit photos.

Steps

To create a new canvas using a shortcut

Hold down CTRL and press N.
In the New dialog box, specify the width, height, resolution, and other properties.
Click OK.

Keys pressed as command entries are shown in all capitals.
EX) F1, ALT
Keys pressed simultaneously are displayed with a plus sign (+).
EX) ALT+F1
Sequential shortcuts requiring press of a single key following simultaneous press of two keys are shown using a plus sign (+) and a comma (,).
EX) CTRL+Q,I
