Mode Convert
You can change the mode that sets the color of a photo.
Steps
To convert RGB photo to print-optimized photo
- Open the photo in RGB color.
- Click Color > Mode Convert.
- Click CMYK Color from the sub menu.

Color Mode
- RGB Color: RGB mode is used for computer monitors, digital cameras or TVs. Red, Green, and Blue are combined to make colors by using 256 levels.
- CMYK Color: CMYK mode is used for all types of printing devices, including printers. Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black are combined to make the colors by adjusting the density from 0 to 100%.
- Gray Color: Gray mode is used to apply 256 gray levels from white to black.
- INDEX Color: Index is used to express a photo color by using the colors in the 256-color palette set in the color mode.
