Brightness/Contrast
You can adjust the brightness and contrast of a photo. You can simply and easily adjust your photo using the slider bar.
Steps
To make a strong contrast
- Open a photo with complementary colors.
- Click Color > Brightness/Contrast.
- In the Brightness/Contrast dialog box, drag the slider bar under Contrast to the right direction until the value becomes '20'.
Or enter the value '20' in the Contrast input box.
- Click OK.

Brightness
Adjust the brightness of a photo. The larger the value, the brighter the photo becomes. The smaller the value, the darker the photo becomes.
Contrast
Adjust the contrast of a photo. The larger the value, the more contrast the photo has. The smaller the value, the less contrast the photo has.
